I live in the KC area and travel to Clinton Lake with our boat frequently. On a recent trip the bearings for one of the wheels exploded. The spindle was slightly damaged in the event. I was able to bring them my trailer and they got it repaired and me back on the road in no time at all. Friendly service and they have all the parts you'll need.

In January 2001 we had Eagle Trailer Sales to build us a multipurpose 30 foot, dual axle, goose neck, hay trailer. It was constructed with heavy rings on all sides to hook heavy nylon straps to hold the hay in place while being hauled, in some cases, hundreds of miles. It also has a 2-foot steel dove tail and corresponding 5-foot heavy duty ramps so that it will also haul our tractors. The ramps are designed, at the location where they are hinged, to slide and adjust to fit the width of the vehicle being loaded. It is pretty amazing that the treated lumber 2x6 flooring still looks like new. We have no shelter so it has always been parked outside. I think we are only on our 3rd. set of tires in 20 years. An occasional light bulb replacement, and examining the wheel bearings to see if they need grease, but maintenance has been very minimal. We give Kevin and his crew the highest recommendation for price, quality, and workmanship. And they are personally pleasant to do business with.

Eagle Trailer, specifically Armando, went way above and beyond. As it always seems to happen, when we are unusually busy and every piece of equipment is critical, our trailer broke down. We immediately took it to Eagle Trailer and got a bid for the work. We asked if there was any way we could get the trailer back the next day. Armando stepped up & stayed late to get the job done. More than that, he went through the entire trailer, even checking things we didn't ask for to make sure everything worked right. He fixed a few issues we didn't know about and was able to repair some other items instead of replace them all together. The work was completed and ready for pickup the next day. And best of all, it came in under the bid price. This is why Eagle Trailer is our go-to trailer shop. They have people like Armando!

Charged my business card 5 times for one product. I ask for a refund and they tell me that it will correct itself. And, it did.. Buy products from a non well stocked facility. Ask to have repairs made... I was charged 256.00 and the work wasnt done... I WILL NEVER EVER do business with this company EVER again... Every time I use their services their is always an issue.... Customer service is absolutely terrible... I would use Croft Trailer Supply or Holton Ranch Supply off of I-35 and you will receive compentent services without a hassle... They cost me money by holding it to their benefit... Why does it take three people to tell me where to park a trailer on an almost empty lot? Seriously not a good place to do business. Stay away is what I advise...

Eagle Trailer has gotten to big for customer service. Last few years customer service has really fallen off. Unfortunately if you live in Lawrence area, want to keep your business local, and need trailer work or build a trailer to fit your needs. You are going to have to most likely go elsewhere. Unless you catch them on a slow day. As a business owner myself. It’s quite disrespectful when you make your customers feel like a burden when you stop in the office. They are short staffed in the retail part and have no one that is available for taking down information to build on or order a trailer set up. When you own a company and you greet people in the manner of which you have the last few times. You don’t deserve loyal customers. I get better service from employees in the past at eagle trailer than the owner. If you don’t want customers then you should close your retail and just build wholesale to venders.

While passing through on our way to Utah for our honeymoon our motorcycle trailer’s tongue completely snapped on the interstate. The next day this company went out of their way to rebuild the tongue and had us back on the road by 5pm and for a fair price. I can’t thank them enough and I highly recommend them.

I had a trailer custom built by Eagle Trailer -- and I can't imagine a better product! The accuracy of dimensions and squareness of the trailer is absolutely perfect. AND they were extremely helpful in making recommendations that would make the trailer details even more accommodating to my specific needs.

I have had a few people ask me where I got the trailer and when I tell them, every comment has been almost identical -- "Wow! Yup, Eagle makes a great trailer!"

I can't imagine a better product for the money!
