Never received shipping confirmation or my order. I waited a long time to ask about it since shipping throughout the pandemic had caused so many major delays. I was told it had shipped months ago, and since it was passed the 120 tracking window for UPS and they couldn't prove I didn't receive it that they just weren't going to do anything about it.

I get things go missing and without an established relationship it's hard to trust (it was my first order), but the lack of communication about the shipping and lack of answers to questions since makes it a company I recommend avoiding.

Update: After posting this review someone else at Cleartec reached out to me and got more info from UPS, as well as offering a discounted re-order. Package was confirmed delivered on UPS' end, but again, I never actually received it. The lack of communication when it was shipped still likely means the whole thing is a lost cause.
