No issues for me. Check in with guard shack, they gave me a door. Drop trailer in door, bobtail out of the gate and wait. Less than 2 hours to get me unloaded.

I’m still waiting to be loading after five hours got here at 3:30 in the afternoon and it is 8:30 PM and still hasn’t been loaded, I couldn’t wait to write this review
I was waiting for three hours outside the gate for a door. They gave me a door around 7 o’clock and I’m still waiting for them to finish loading me.
So if you are coming to pick up here aspect, no less than 5 to 6 hours to get done,
And now I got to go and fight with Broker to get detention.

The only reason I'm giving them one star is because there isn't an option for less! Over 28 hours to get loaded when I was on time (early even) for my appointment. Never again will I do business for this shipper.

Well I read the reviews, it when different for my delivery check in at 10 and out at 11.
Also there was another driver picking up and something in and out in an hour. Not bad

I have a 2 PM appointment time. At 5:30 AM they finally called me to get into a dock. I just wasted 15 1/2 hours and I still have not started loading me… I would not recommend this place to anybody unless you or one of these drivers that only want to run 2000 miles a week… i’ve been to some bad places, but this place takes the cake… If you have to come here, be prepared to sit all night.

If you are a owner operator working for a company that pulls loads from here stay away you will lose time and revenue , it can take up to 24 hrs from the time you are dispatched before the load is ready.
