August 20th called left a message. I called back around 5pm and son answered. He said not to come at 7:30 pm. He said trying to change to earlier hours. I made appt with him to come out next morning Aug 21st on
Saturday. I called and left message. We arrived andknocked on the door. No answer. Called 5 times and left messages. They didn't return my call. After sitting at their location for over an hour left.. they didn't call me back ....what a business...... Dont think I would recommend this place to anyone if they treat customers like this

Been buying barrels and totes for many years now. Stephanie has always done everything she could to set me up with what I needed! The first time I purchased some barrels she asked where would be a good place to meet near where I live. She was on her way back to her business and wanted to save me from having to drive to Blackhills. Her thoughtfulness saved me about 17 miles round trip and time. She made me a deal saving me about $15 on what bought. She has always shopped her inventory for the best item I needed and was willing to change out assessories to fit my application. I have even built deer feeders from from her barrels. I know she is only a 2 person crew including
herself and therefore is on the road a lot picking up products which normally accounts for needing to make arrangements to meet. She and her helper ARE REALLY HARD WORKERS and have ALWAYS BEEN VERY COURTEOUS to me over the years. I can't says enough to thank her for the service and quality of barrels and totes she has sold me. The pictures are of a couple of things I have recently set up at the Timber Farm in east Texas for transferring water to totes for using at the office/cabin.

If I could give no stars I would. I'm not somebody to downgrade a business, but they lack in communication skills. I personally own my business and I do not treat customers like how they treated me. I researched them and I liked the reviews they had, so I decided to work with them. I have been trying to get with them for a month to pick up a barrel, I know with covid things can be difficult with getting shipment. They finally were going to get barrels today and I told him how far it took me to drive out. I came out to pick up my barrel, only to be told through the phone that the shipment never came. I would have appreciated a phone call before making the drive out. Just wasted 3 hrs of my time and gas.

Ever had moments in life that exceeded your vocabulary? My dealings with Debbie and her good looking, wonderful son, are almost beyond words. The two of these folks put the "S" back in the word service! I personally have not had such an outstanding experience in service in the last 20 to 30 years. They are two of the nicest people you would be lucky to meet. Oh by the way, let's get to the sale and products. Had a very large selection of barrels, spent all the time with me I needed, tried to save me the most money possible on the project I had going on, and loaded up my truck for me. For the last couple of days, we have kept in touch for business reasons, and they have gone far far above and beyond what anyone might expect to be the best possible customer service in the world! These folks light up, I mean they just shine. Aside from the drive being a very nice drive in the country, it was worth the mileage just to meet these people. BEST folks, BEST service, BEST barrels, BEST prices I found anywhere. May God bless and keep these folks for a long time! I won't buy another barrel from anyone else as long as I live in the metroplex!

Great selection of barrels with better prices than anywhere else. Quality is good and Stephanie (the owner) is great. She really is open 24 hours too, just gotta call ahead and let her know you're comming.

She answered the phone on a Sunday morning and I came and got a barrels immediately. Big selection of nice barrels and great prices. Worth the drive.
