We evacuated for Hurricane Ida and while staying in League City Tx, we looked for a 55 gallon container for fuel to bring back and every place we looked was so expensive but my nephew told us about Baytec.
We go there and found exactly what we needed and it was a very reasonable price!
The employees were so nice and helpful!!
You really should be using them!!
ADDED BY REVIEWER: Baytec credited me the money for the buckets & lids. I would have preferred if they had worked with me to resolve this because I wanted to use these buckets.
I ordered (3) sizes of buckets and lids online (despite the owner telling one reviewer they don't have an online ordering system). The 5G and the 3G are great and showed up promptly; however, the 2.5G bucket/lid pack, item # NGLL0025PK, is unusable. The red lids I received with the buckets do not fit on the buckets. They sent me new lids, but they were the same part and didn't fit either. Usually, the lid sits on the bucket and you rotate it, it clicks as the lid locks and gets tighter. These 2.5G ones for some reason won't sit evenly, they don't rotate smoothly, they don't click/latch, and they don't get any tighter. I can force them on by pushing down on them, but they just pull back off, like a Tupperware(c) lid.
I've been working with the support/customer service guy and he's been responsive to my inquiries. They agreed to have me send them a bucket and lids to see the problem for themselves. I asked if the person working on it could deal with me directly, so I could be sure they got the items, were actually looking at it, and at least tell me "yes, we see the problem you are talking about." Instead, I have to periodically send an email to the support guy asking for updates, and he says they are looking at it and there's nothing new. After 12 days i was hoping they could at least agree there is a problem. Unfortunately, today he said "not to expect a resolution this year, they would issue me a credit", and I could now go away.

I ordered a 5 Gallon Combo Pack Plastic Buckets & Lids and it arrived in the expected time frame with great communication along the way when requested. John with customer service was extremely helpful in answering my questions. The buckets are extremely nice quality and their website is easy to navigate. I'll be sure to order from them again.

Today is August 6th, I ordered a barrel July 1st, I still have not gotten it and I contacted them and they said it takes 7 days to track it and it may be lost. I asked for a refund and got no response. I'll order from Uline from now on

I have used this company for barrels in the past and had them in a week. This time i ordered gamma lids. Shipping took longer, they said it was due to a nation wide shortage of resin. Great quality and worth the wait.

Do not order from them. I ordered from them over two weeks ago and I’ve tried to contact them to find out about my order and no one is returning my calls or emails. I need that order in a week and I doubt I will have it by then. Find a new company.

I ordered buckets on October 7th. I picked this company because they had super fast shipping. It is October 18th and I still do not have a tracking number. I sent an email, called and spoke with someone and she never got back on the phone. I called right back and it went to a recording. I called 3 times and pushed 3. I left a message. I called back and pushed 4 for customer service. I was not apoligized too for the woman not getting back to me. I was told they didn't have the resin to make the buckets and that people have been waiting since July. Then why did you take my money in zoctobet,m She then told me the order would ship this week. I am not happy with this company at all. It is poorly run. I wish them the best but I will not buy with them again. The unhappy customer.

I placed an order over a month ago and was supposed to receive my product the next week. The following week I received a responding E-mail to the one I sent asking where my product was and they said the container I ordered was a week behind on shipping due to them not receiving it at their warehouse yet. Now it has been over a month, and I have still not received it. I can not even get a tracking number, which I have repeatedly asked them for. Thinking it's time to involve my attorney. As a business owner, I feel this company is poorly run, or they are not a ligimate company and trying to rip people off. I would not recommend you order from this company. Save yourself the frustration!

I ordered a tool online that is needed for one of my companies . The tool has not even shipped yet and they sent me a email stating that now the tool is $400 more than I purchased it for. Their reason was price increases and that would be fine if it was listed for that price but it was not.
As business owner, I always guarantee our prices so it is pretty irritating.

I placed an order online about 2 weeks ago and I haven’t received an email, phone call, or heard anything since. I put in my payment info so I’m pretty nervous. I’ve tried calling them a few times during their posted business hours and I get their voicemail every time. They seem very unprofessional and they definitely aren’t good with communication.

This is the most unprofessional company Ive crossed paths with in quiet some time. I used my bag twice and noticed on the second fill up there was water leaking out of the top connection seem. I contacted Baytec Containers via email. Baytec Containers proceeded to tell me how "unprecedented" it was that this was happening. After providing my order info they requested that I send the bag bag so that they can then inspect the bag and make sure damages were manufacture based. You would think a customer would have a little more respect and trust after spending the money I did. Throughout this course I have not been spoken to kindly and Baytec's impression is highly unprofessional. I suggest that others find a more reputable company with better customer service saving themselves the headache and burden that Baytec Containers placed on me as these items are listed elsewhere. Im escalating my issue to management awaiting response.

DO NOT BUY FROM BAYTEC!!!! I ordered a simple drum tilting level on 9/12/2013. After calling about 3 weeks later after not receiving anything, they told me that they no longer had the item in stock and were looking for replacements. I would have been fine with that except the fact that they should have notified me before hand. After that call I still never heard back from them and never received anything to which I had to cancel my order. There are plenty of other trustworthy drum/container dealers out there. Your wasting your time and money with this company.
