At the last minute, I found that I would not be available for delivery of my puller. I called Perpie and she was able to work some magic with the carrier so that I could make direct contact with them to schedule an easy and convenient delivery option. She understood my needs, contacted the carrier, returned a call to me and took a load off of my mind about the delivery. She delivered on what she said she would do and I got the delivery when it worked out for my schedule. Love it when a plan comes together! Thanks to Perpie for setting it up for success.

Their product was sent to me inoperable and the steps I need to take and the less than average employees needed to deal with are a hassle. I'll pay to fix it myself and recommend that people see if another company can meet their needs before gambling with your money with Titan Attachments

I have made 2 separate online orders from Titan and both have been great. The price is great being less expensive that other distributors. The shipping is fast much faster than others. The service has been quick and resolute. The items I purchased are awesome. I now have a root rake and forks for the front end of my tractor, both well made and very useful. For the 3 point hookup I now have a 6 ft tiller, very tough, and a rake. I will definitely be purchasing my equipment from this site from now on. Above all price (with quality) and service is unmatched.

Company is a joke. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. If you have an issue with your order they will appease you with warranty claim, escalation, double escalation etc…. through customer service process and they will do absolutely nothing to help you. They will just string you along with no resolution to your issue. You will never receive a call or resolution to your issue. I ordered a Titan spare tire mount that was defective when received and they claim they will help you, in the end you will never get any help that will solve your problem. You will be stuck with whatever you receive. Beware.

I have been trying to purchase a utv/atv landscape rake from this company for almost two years only to be told eachtime I call; because they have been "out of stock", that they can't say when they will be in. What? Really? Was told this am that parts come from guess where???? China... and then assembled in their plant in Tennessee. If I couldn't get a product for almost 2 years I would maybe find a different supplier??? It's been past due Titan to source your parts elsewhere. There are other rakes out there that obviously are not having ANY trouble getting parts. Why don't I buy one of theirs? Because Titan contacted me earlier this year with an in stock alert email saying they now had the rakes and tow frame -as it is sold together- they sent a rake only! Now I have the rake and no tow frame. Titan I have lost my patience with you. I live on many acres, could use many of your attachments but am done. I am going to find a welder to make a frame. Your company is a terrible disappointment and frankly shady. I would advise anyone to go elsewhere. Do not do business with these people!

If a customer is spending money and showing the loyalty appreciate them. My order was all over the place and damaged. And when I call dude acts like sending something 3-5 business days after it's literally 3-5 days late? I wouldn't count on customer retention. No to mention 1 out of 3 pieces I did receive were damaged. My back order was on backorder til the 26th and is now on continued back order making 2 of the items I ordered damaged and one not received that 2 out of 5 satisfaction with no customer service. ⭐ Rating

Love most of their fitness equipment, but call center/ support is brutal for the items that don’t work/ fit. Product specialists need to be people who understand and have used the equipment they specialize in, or something close to it, and these are not that. You guys have the opportunity to take a lot of market share in this industry for a variety of reasons, but making yourselves impossible to contact is going to severely limit that ability.

I bought a tiller from this company in 2021. Used it twice and realize it has a severe oil leak. Titan warrant team said for me to get it fixed and they would reimburse me. Finally CS admitted no parts in US and cannot get any parts.
Their response time is weeks not next day. They said they would ship it back and refund something. Problem is I have to secure 800 lb. Tiller to a pallet.
When I said I couldn’t they went into ignore mode with no answers. I did manage to get it done told them it was ready but still in ignore mode.
I wrote Mr. Speck CEO but no help. This is second piece of equipment that has failed.

Titan gets a bad wrap based on previous business models. I’ve noticed significant improvement to packaging, shipping, quality of product, and customer service and support. In fact, I received so many emails from titan about the delivery process, I could hardly keep track. Bottom line: if you’re hesitant to buy titan products because you’ve heard bad things, there’s probably some truth to that thought. However, I would argue that titan has made significant process improvement initiatives to enhance our buying experience and guaranteeing product user-ability. My whole home gym is titan, except a few small things I’ve purchased on Amazon, the foldable reverse hyper I bought from rogue. I’ve never had any issues with my titan equipment.

Purchased this Rt180 tiller recently. Set it up properly with gear oil and read all instructions. 2nd time using it on a food plot that was previously plowed and disc’d it completely failed. The shaft that holds the tines is completely bent and this tiller is 100% inoperable. I sent my warranty claim on 5/27/22 and I am still waiting for a answer from Titan. I’ve called almost every day to inquire. So far nothing but apologies.

As of mid June. They issued me a full refund which I thought was very fair.

I have placed two orders with Titan the first one in April for a stump bucket specifically for a John Deere loader hook and pin attachment had a picture of said stump bucket that was returned email to me showing what was being sent out and that was not what showed up what showed up was a larger skid loader stump bucket. I then two weeks ago ordered a 60 in rock bucket for a John Deere 300e loader a return confirmation picture of said bucket again was sent to me showing the hook and pin attachment for the rock bucket oh, and what was sent to me again was a rock bucket for a skid loader I have been waiting for these pieces of equipment for over 2 months to get a job completed and gotten zero compassion from customer service and very non customer service attitude when I continue to show her what showed up was not what I ordered. I need my bucket right away and when I told her I needed it right away and I was going to have to wait another three weeks there was no trying to help me get this bucket to get the job completed and I cancelled the order and would not ever ever order anything from Titan again

Buyer Beware.....Completely incompetent shipping and customer service, borderline fraud...review would have a lower rating if possible...So I have ordered from Titan Attachments one of the pine straw rakes six times since November of 2021. I have never actually received a product as each shipment was "Damaged in Transit" according to Federal Express. As I write this, I feel quite dumb for repeatedly offering this company the opportunity to resolve their shipping issues, expecting them to actually deliver the product. With each order, I was billed and had to argue with their customer service as my funds were held until the damaged product was received back to them, even though I never rejected a shipment. The shipments have all been returned to Titan by Federal Express PRIOR to my actually receiving the product. In fact the latest fiasco with Titan Attachments has been ongoing since April 28, 2022. Titan Attachments has been paid since that date for a product that was scheduled for delivery on May 05, 2022. The shipment is still in Fed-Ex tracking as undeliverable with no activity since 17 May 2022. After 4 calls to Titan Attachments customer service, escalated to their Supervisory tier, I still have no resolution or refund. In fact, I emailed Titan Brands corporate customer service with the history of my orders (complete with order numbers and Fed-Ex Tracking numbers) and included the tracking history for the last order to demonstrate the incompetence I have experienced. Their response was not at all reassuring they have any intent to work to resolve their issues. Unfortunately all of this is my fault as I should never have ordered from this company after the first or second failure experience. I did initially believe that the problem was with the shipper, however I now question if Titan expects any product to actually be delivered. Also be cautious in regards to their product reviews on Titan's website, they screen and do not allow negative reviews to be presented. I entered a review two weeks ago and it was not posted to their site. My experience with Titan Attachments and their lack of appropriately responding to refund for product never received by the customer gives me the indication that they want to hold the funds as long as possible to improve their financial statements, albeit my experience is likely only one of the many not responded to by this company. How can a company not have serious issues across their entire product line when they can't once successfully deliver a product over six opportunities?

I have identified multiple instances of credit card fraud solely regarding Titan Fitness and have reason to believe that someone within Titan is stealing credit card information. If this is not the case, then your payment information is not protected and/or has been compromised.

This is a big deal. "Call your bank" is not a good answer, that's a given.

Ordered forklift attachment, Titan promptly shipped vis FedEx as 3 pieces. FedEx lost piece #3, notified Titan, and they contacted FedEx. FedEx started an investigation and could not locate item. 5 days after last FedEx scan of item, Titan agreed to repla e item at no charge. The people at Titan were professional and worked to fix the problem, while FedEx would only say the item is in transit but we don't have a delivery date for you at this time. Next time I will drive an hour and a half to Titan Distributing and pick up the shipment myself. Go Titan.

Awful experience. Ordered a 3 point quick attach and bushing kit. Came missing a part and not operating properly. Customer service said it was a defective piece and offered cash back if I fixed it myself. They then said they did not have the missing part and I should find it and buy it myself. I advised the closest store was over 60 miles from me. With no help after multiple phone calls , I am sending everything back.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL AND A HUGE SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We recently ordered pallet forks from Titan Attachments that is under the umbrella of Titan Brands according to the website. Absolute worst customer service and most god awful company we have ever had the displeasure of working with.

Ordered pallet forks on Mar. 6 only for them to arrive at our ranch severely damaged after they finally found our order "lost" in the warehouse. Contacted Titan regarding the damaged product only to be offered such a minute refund that I don't think it even covered the tax on the item. They very rudely refused to send a replacement until they got the product back, which FedEx has been incredibly helpful with and got the product back to them within 2 days.

It has now been 3 WEEKS and no new shipping label for the replacement product. We have reached out to this company MULTIPLE TIMES and nothing but a litany of excuses and extremely rude employees.

This company certainly had no issue taking our money as quickly as possible, but are refusing to ship our product. Will be pursuing the issue further as fraud and a scam as we have paid for an item that we have not received and the company is unwilling to be communicative, professional, or provide the product ordered and paid for undamaged.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM!!!!!!!!!! We are not the first to have an awful experience with these folks. Will be reporting to the BBB, the FTC, as well as reporting to our credit card company as fraud as it seems like we are not going to ever receive the product ordered!

My experience has been HORRIBLE!

I placed a simple Order for One Item, 10' Fixed Forks Spreader on JANUARY 6th, and it has been hell since then. This is the worst experience with an order that I have ever had. And that is saying a LOT, since I have owned a large commercial construction subcontractor company for 34 years.

Stated delivery was 12 days from my order. After several phone calls and multiple emails with customer service.... a delivery arrived at my jobsite on MARCH 2nd 8 WEEKS later.

Worst of all, they delivered the wrong item, a John Deere Green Tractor basket. Which they finally picked up yesterday January 21st.

I still do not have the correct item I ordered because they weren't shipping it UNTIL they had the Return pick up of the Wrong item... :-|

Now I am waiting on confirmation of a shipment of the originally ordered item from JANUARY 6th, 11WEEKS ago.

I have looked up the Owner and CEO's information to contact them directly because If it were My Company... I would want to know we screwed up this bad, and then didn't FIX it Immediately!!!

One Star is One too many. My experience has been Horrible!

I’m sure that the gentry crane and trolley I bought will be great. Titan’s shipping quality did not measure up in my case. The crate broke open and most of the trolley parts were lost. Titan sent out another right away. When it arrived the box was ripped and repackaged by the carrier but not before a part was lost. Titan again told me they’d send it out right away. What a waste of my time and theirs, let alone product lost.

Well, a couple of things, receive the implement nefore I received notification of shipment. The good news was I ordered on a Monday and delivered on a Friday, sort of. Fedex dropped the ball and delivered the forks on Friday morning and the frame on Saturday. Customer service was nice but they thought the frame was coming Friday afternoon.

Customer Service actively admits to misleading customers - at time of purchase the description stated that the forks were INCLUDED with this purchase. They were not. The amazon description was changed after the purchase.

I have been in constant communication with their costumer service since before the equipment arrived. Even though they are admitting their mistake. “Our website shows that the forks are included.”

THREE DAYS LATER they want us to pay a restocking fee to return a product that did not include all the parts. They want me to pay for their INCORRECT description.

I made the mistake of giving Titan a try in an effort to save a few bucks over Rep and Rogue. NEVER AGAIN.

Titan needs to do some serious work on their quality control. I ordered the Max Adjustable FID Bench on 12/26/21. The bench was off-level by about .25 of an inch. When you're lifting heavy weights it's pretty important to feel stable - not wobbly. I contacted support, they offered to send me a new bench and a return label for the wobbly one. So far so good. The new bench arrived in a very damaged box, and when I opened the box the bench was covered in a rusty colored dust like it had been oxidizing in a warehouse for the last 12 months. The mounting positions for the feet were misaligned so badly they couldn't be attached. So now I've wasted my time with two benches. I contact support again and they said they'd give me a refund once they receive the returned benches. So now I have to lug 2x 100lbs weight benches to FedEx.

I ended up buying a FID bench from Rep... I just wish I would've done that in first place.

Sent a email cancelling my order for Titan Pallet forks. Did not refund my money. Nobody will answer any of the phone numbers. When you call the phone number the phone system hangs up on you. Beginning to worry that I got scammed. Do not recommend. I know have read other reviews of the terrible customer service especially when it comes to a titan components breaking. Defiantly would not recommend purchasing again from this seller. They make it really hard to find their phone number to call in on as well.

Update, I eventually did get in touch with Titan, they did refund my money, but it was a lot harder than what it should have been.

I'm sorry to report that I have had a negative experience doing business with Titan Attachments. I placed an order for a lot grapple and a mounting adapter on October 30. My credit card was charged and I was told the order shipped. The grapple arrived in a timely manner. The adapter has still not arrived. It is now December 2 and though the adapter shows in stock it still has not even been shipped. I have a $1600 log grapple sitting in my yard and no way to use it with no explanation why. ???????

I bought this on Amazon because my old one was a cheaper made unit and when the tines would break you had to weld new ones on and this one has easy to replace tines. This one is heavier and better built as well. When I ordered it, Fedex messed up the package and had to repack it. When they did they lost several parts so I called the seller, Titan, directly and they immediately took care of the problem for me. I was really impressed with their customer support. For me, customer support is as important or more important than the product itself. With this product, both are great.

Titan's customer service is absolutely phenomenal! Far exceeds any other customer service I have experienced - bar none! We had a delivery issue. I called customer service and they immediately replaced the missing item - no arguments and no hassles whatsoever! The next day we discovered the mistake was ours. I called to cancel the replacement but it had already shipped! We plan to refuse acceptance of the replacement item and this will be a real pain in the butt for Titan, but once again, not a foul word from them. Their attitude and service surpasses any I've dealt with in 30 years!

Received the wrong item and refused at arrival. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for a refund and still nothing. Many calls to customer service and told every call the finance dept is at fault but no one will allow me to talk to them. To speak to a supervisor requires an appointment on their end as that person is busy. I guess they must have a lot of problems if supervisor is that busy. I recommend no one goes through the agony of dealing with this inept company. One star is way to much for them but required to post review!

I've been buying gym equipment from Titan since the pandemic started, and overall has been a good experience. While sometimes there are issues with the state in which equipment arrives (which is possibly related to shipping and not the quality of their products), their customer services truly makes up for those issues. To single out a recent case, Angelo Vicencio was incredibly useful, very attentive and helpful! Probably the best interaction I've had with Titan customer service so far.

What can I say, top rated customer service. Karen answered my email within minutes of sending on a Sunday no-less. Karen addressed my concern beyond my satisfaction, quickly and courteously all within an hour give or take.
Only have just gotten my equipment out of the box but the customer service was so amazing had to leave a quick review on that.
Once I put my equipment to use will return with further reviews but at first glance the Titan Fitness 72-in Olympic Technique Bar is exactly what I had hoped for. I have Titan Fitness Olympic Dumbbell Handle 15 in. Pair Loadable Knurled Chrome in route.
But I have to say with Titan, Karen in particular, customer is highest priority. Rare in companies these days I’ll be returning.

I ordered a camber barbell. It was damaged in transit and FedEx returned to titan. I called customer service and was treated like I was a scam artist by the first representative. He basically accused of me trying to get a free barbell and told me that it was delivered. I was home all day and have security cameras, I would've seen a FedEx truck. The next day I called and talked to Michellyn Tan, she was great. She apologized for how I was treated, she found my lost order and put in a new replacement order. Michellyn Tan even fixed my loyalty points that I had not received on my last 3 orders. Michellyn Tan was great!

Titan Brand fitness equipment is just my one stop shop…for all my home gym needs. Not only do they have great prices, they make quality products, and they stand behind every purchase. I had a few questions regarding a billing issue and Jbille went above and beyond to resolve it immediately. I don’t have time like must to wait around.

A+ for customer service. Big shout out to Leo for sticking through with me. I had a pretty bad experience with a rack I ordered months ago. I had put in a feedback about the rack when Titan Fitness sent me an email and asked me to, but never heard back for months. I got an email months later from Titan Fitness about a ticket. I emailed them back and they couldn't locate it. Long story short, Leo got my ticket and was able to assist thoroughly after about a week of back-and-forth emails. Thanks again, Leo! You deserve to be promoted.

I have always received great service as well dependable products. On my last purchase I was trying to get my Texas Agricultural tax exemption.

This company has horrible customer service and warranty/return issues.
I ordered a set of Titan pallet forks...
They arrived in a timely manner, but I found out immediately that the quality was very poor.
I submitted a claim but they don't seem to care at all.
The pallet forks set are loose fitting and they don't rest on top of the loader arms to help support the load. Instead the load is solely on the lower pins which is dangerous and could cause injury.

I recent got a T-3 Short Squat Stand and spotter arms from Titan and the entire process was fantastic. I accidentally ordered the tall variant of the squat stand and reached out to customer service via email at 11:30PM on a Sunday night. JBille got back to me and was able to cancel my original order within an hour. Never have had such an easy customer service experience. My equipment came within a week of ordering. Assembly was incredibly easy and the QC on the products is top notch. Will definitely purchase from Titan again.

I placed an order for a reduced price "scratch and dent" item, a reasonable discount from full price. In spite of FedEx assurance that it was delivered, nothing arrived at my house, or with my neighbors. Titan refunded my money, but seemed utterly uninterested in helping track the package. Titan requested I file a claim with FedEx, which was done, but of course went nowhere: FedEx says it was delivered, and any attempts at follow-up with a human get stuck because the claim is still 'in process'; not Titan's fault, but Titan appears completely uninterested in assisting with a resolution. I assume my order is sitting on someone else's porch, and looking through other reviews, it seems this isn't an unusual problem with Titan's orders, so something in their system must be broken. Regarding a replacement item, because there were no more 'scratch and dent' items in stock, I'm now going to pay full price for the same item, which isn't a huge burden, but I am utterly disappointed with Titan's interest in helping find the package, and their unwillingness to offer even a token discount toward a new one. This was a disappointing first experience with Titan; I had heard good things about their products, but if they don't arrive............

Using the Titan T3 for 4 weeks now and love it. Needed something to keep me safe while lifting and this does the job. Very solid, especially the safety pins. Couldn't drill into the garage floor, so anchored it to the wall with 12-inch cross braces (bought separately from Titan website). Doesn't even wobble. Included plate holders and hooks made it an even better value.

Initial delivery was incomplete, but the Customer Service team sent the missing pieces quickly (Thanks Karen!). Some reviewers might dock a star for the error, but I think how a company handles problems reveals a lot and will buy again with confidence knowing they'll take care of me.

Very pleased with this company, i has an order supposed to be delivered Saturday and FedEx was all over the board with it well i emailed in and since that day Angelo with the customer success team has stayed on top of it. I’d like to start by first mentioning that my initial experience with Titan products was pretty terrible. I ordered 2 products, 1 of which never left the FedEx facility and had to be refunded and another which was lost and had to be re-labeled after being found by FedEx. The shipping was TERRIBLE, the box arrived completely mangled and the item was damaged upon opening. While I was furious, as I had spent a lot of money on the products, reaching out to them is where things turned around. I spoke with Karen via Amazon messaging and was immediately taken care of without any hassle. A replacement part was sent out to replace the damaged section right away and the company has really made things right after a terrible shipping experience, even though they don’t have much to do with shipping. (Although, I’d hope they try to move away from FedEx.)

I've ordered quite a bit of exercise equipment and accessories from Titan Fitness for my home gym. The quality of what I've received has been nice and I'm very pleased with it. My only gripe however is the packaging some of the stuff comes in. Some items are not completely secured or protected that come in a big box. Leaving the ability of these packages to be crushed and slide around and puncture through the box by the shipping carrier. I've gotten a few things banged, scraped and scratched up due to poor packaging and the way the shippers handle it. Though everything is functional and it won't always stay in pristine condition. So I don't let it bother me so much. If severely damaged on any future equipment delivery, then thats a different story, where I'll contact them. They should just take this criticism as a suggestion to improve better packaging to prevent damaging during shipping.

As far as Titan Fitness Customer Service. I find it exceptional and very professional. Any email inquiries I've sent out have been immediately answered back within the same day if not by next day. To complete satisfaction and with my issues resolved. Thank you to Titans customer support staff!

I've always outfitted my home gyms with titan equipment. I could never justify paying double or triple the amount for the same thing from competitors.

Not only have I always been very impressed with their products, I also have nothing but good things to say about their customer service. I myself have never had a bad experience when contracting them about any issues I may have had. Like today I spoke with Michellyn Tan and they went above and beyond to solve my issue, and also answered any follow up questions I had. They where very nice and personable the whole time. Let me first start off by saying I will ONLY leave a review If I am extremely satisfied with quality of product AND customer service. I am a municipal Firefighter whose passion has always been helping others, and giving quality customer service to my community is something we pride our selves on. So when I decided to open a sports performance facility I decided to go with Titan. It was recommended by a fellow firefighter, and to date I have purchased over $7,000 worth of product from them. I have had only one issue, Jerk Blocks I had purchased delivered with only one side, and rather than being ran around, or feeling like I would be on the phone FOREVER, Titan's customer service rep. Marj Gregorio was prompt, polite, and understanding. Not only was resolution quick and easy, but one of the better customer service experience's I've encountered in some time. To start with a positive, love Titan Fitness products and prices! 15x repeat customer and have no issues with shipping or equipment being faulty. My contact with support was website based (Wishlist doesn't save, get logged out after 20 minutes, Loyal T points won't accrue with purchase). Angelo V has been in constant contact, 4 to 5 times a week giving updates to ticket. This has been ongoing for a few weeks. Issue has been noted and waiting to be resolved. I will start by admitting that the design of these ramps is excellent. If properly manufactured, these ramps would be great! But now for the bad news. The ramps I received this week were a big disappointment. The photos attached here show, as I had just unboxed them, ramps with very poor workmanship. You can see significant gaps in pieces that were not properly cut to the right size, and then not even welded completely. Sloppy and incomplete welds, sharp corners and edges, burned spots not cleaned... it actually looks like these were built by students with no training or experience in fabricating or welding as a back yard project. These are just a few of the astonishing photos. To think, these ramps are what I am going to crawl under and trust my life to when working on my car! I would expect TITAN to take their liability in making these more seriously!

I ordered a barbell through them and unfortunately the package was stolen during shipping. Thanks FedEx. They happened to run out of stock of the bar I had ordered and couldn’t get another one to me for a couple more weeks. Karen from their support team reached out to me and offered the replacement or a refund. I took the refund after ordering a new bar from another company. Regardless, response time was very quick on their part and they were a very transparent company. I appreciate how they handled the situation. Nothing that happened was their fault. I have ordered many things through Titan and have been happy each time. Sure it isn't top tier quality wise, but it is still excellent equipment for home gyms and any smaller training groups. I have had great experience with customer service, specifically with Mark, when I had questions or concerns about my order. I would highly recommend Titan products to anyone looking for decent options at a great price.

I was about to order a skid loader attachment from a competitor when an ad for titan attachments popped up. It was exactly what I was about to order but $1300.00 less. For that amount of savings I would take a chance. And I have been very pleased. The transaction went smoothly and the shipping was fast. I also worked with their customer service department. Their staff treated me kindly and I was very impressed. Would definitely buy from them again.

I would no recommend this product at all. I have owned it for 18 months and have used it very little. I am a farmer not a contractor. The steel on the bucket is very week. I was back dragging debris out of the hole and the quick attach plate ripped on both sides where the pins go through on the bottom. I have never seen anything like it! I asked Titan to stand behind it, but since it was over a year they denied my claim. I don't think 12 months or 18 months would make a difference on metal fatigue. I think it is just poor quality steel. Disappointing they wouldn't stand behind a defect in material even after 18 months.
