Need more space or to make more open on a sides for normal parking. One door only for loads. Lots of metal pieces on the ground. Fast unloading. Friendly staff. ????????

Hard but not impossible bays to back into for conistoga or open deck deliveries. Unloading times are a little long but not horrible.

You need to update your equipment. A man broke his thumb because you don't have the proper equipment to beat in heads until afterwards. The welders are out of date as well.

I love heil trailers they are a very friendly company, they have excellent customer service! They have handicap parking and handicapped entrance. And most of all what I love the best is they are very family friendly. Also they do have public bathrooms in the parking is free.

If your delivering a load be prepared to sit and wait for ever and loose a lot of money. These people took 4 and a half hours to take 9 pallets of aluminum plates off my trailer making me miss my next load. Horriable place stay clear

Great experience to interview for a job. The factory manager ask me what the puzzy was like in Chicago, and then said he did not like to be close to black people with guns.
I leave a 5 star review, because Heil did reimburse my travel, meals, flight, and alcohol expenses. (After a fight when they threatened to expose me as a non-racist) "Guilty" I am not a racist.
But more importantly, we did agree that Chicago taxes are too high.
