Purchased my Reitnouer trailer in March. Had a recurring issue with the trailer. Everyone at the Reitnouer plant went above and beyond the call every time I had to return. Very pleased with my trailer and the personnel in Birdsboro.

Horrible place to work
Managment constantly makes promises but never follows through
Very unstable work schedule
Employees sent home many times due to no supplies
Laid off for the same reasons
Equality is nonexistent
Sloppy and unsafe work environment

I sell trailers at Country Supply, Inc. located in Peotone IL. I have been selling Reitnouer trailers for 20 + years. The owner and all of the employees at Reitnouer always make sure the customer is happy. I have personally seen how they go above and beyond to be the best Aluminum flatbed in the industry.

note to managers, you could improve your parts department and business greatly by working directly with repair shops rather than requiring them to go through dealers. with customer trailers out of service, parts need to be accessed quickly. your parts department has a could care less attitude that is not building customer relations with your dealers or customers looking to buy trailers and parts.
