Really bad company to work with. They never follow up. They never work with you. They make stuff up. They are forgetful. I will never do business with them again. I suggest you do the same.
*EDIT* I was my understanding when you paid for a Die you owned it. When we went to get our dies to have run elsewhere, they informed up we only paid for the 'engineering' of the die and they own it. They also refused to run any parts because of this review. Now we are forced to re-buy a die somewhere else. Keep in mind when dealing with them that you DO NOT own anything and are 100% at their whim. Unprofessional.
I highly recommend Carolina extruded plastics. As a startup company, it was difficult to find a manufacturer to work with me in what many shops would consider small quantities. They have a a small town, family business feel with personalized service. I can tell that Jim, the owner, and his team really care about the finished product. I was able to get small test batches of my product using two different types of plastics and make modifications along the way. Over the past few years their team has done an excellent job of providing me with the different iterations of the parts I need at a much better price than any of the other companies that I've interviewed.
