I contacted Jordan about having masks made for my wedding. He quickly responded and got his whole team on board. I requested 2 different colors, design, sizes, etc and everyone was more then happy to help to ensure my order was just right! I received the masks within weeks and was so happy with the outcome. As were my guests considering we ordered more then enough with almost none leftover! If you're planning an event and looking for masks- contact LBU...their service is top notch!!

Before I started working with LBU, I wasn't a fan of promotional products. My past experience was that all promotional products were cheap and poorly made. But that was before I found LBU Inc. Their promotional products are top-notch! Their attention to detail is unbeatable. And their customer service made the whole transaction go so smoothly. My company will absolutely be using LBU Inc. for all our future promo needs.

The finished products look pretty good, but I'm still waiting on an order that was originally promised would be done by October (before the holidays). Here we are, half way through December, and they're still not done, and I've missed an entire holiday season of sales. A HUGE loss.
Yesterday I was told they would be ready in 2 days. Now today I'm told it will be another week. If you decide to work with them, it won't be long before you start hearing excuses about why things are delayed, and how they're so sorry and it's not typical. Spoiler: it is. The only reason I am leaving 2 stars is because the few samples I've received have looked pretty good.
UPDATE 12/27/18: I was hoping to add some stars after I received the full order, but unfortunately I can't. That part didn't even go smoothly. After inspecting the cases I received, I found several hundred pieces missing (about 10% of the order). I contacted LBU, and they explained that they forgot to send two cases. Good thing I double checked them on that. After sending the additional cases, I was still short. In the end, I paid for about $2,000 of product that I never received. They told me this is normal and that quantities normally vary by 5%. I understand quantities may vary a little bit, but bill me on actual finished quantity then, not ordered quantity. They offered me a credit. I requested they cut me a check instead. Also, they still have some sample products that belong to me that they were using. They said only one person knows where they are and they are on vacation, so I'll have to wait until they get back.
UPDATE 1/3/19: Bumping my review up to 3 stars because after going through several hundred pieces of my received order, I'm very impressed with the craftsmanship and have yet to find a defective unit. I'm really hoping to bump this up even more stars in the future if the ordering kinks get worked out.
UPDATE 1/22/19: Back down to 2 stars, because for some reason or another LBU simply can not get the simplest tasks right. I asked them to send back my samples that they still had. I asked them to confirm that all 7 were there (TWICE!). No reply. I get the samples back, and two are missing and there is someone's hat in the box. I thought maybe I could work with them if I babysit every task I give them, but even that doesn't work. Very frustrating.
