Not only is Masterbond the true authority in customized adhesive solutions, which is the heartbeat of the company I work for, they are very accommodating when it comes to lead time. The staff are all very nice and easy to work with. Two thumbs way up!! (PS - I signed in with my band's Google account because I do not have an account with Google through my place of business)
If you want a company the has ZERO off the shelf items...makes a Federal production out of getting a quote for Epoxy adhesive and grills you for data that's totally unnecessary and then have to wait for information then contact Masterbond...VERY hard to work with. Mountain out of a molehill mentality here.

They produce fantastic products, but more than that, with the local advisor in Israel, they all together, gave me all the time, the best service I needed while looking for unusual solution.

The staff at Master Bond has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They were pleasant and so accommodating. I was working on a project with tight time constraints and they were able to turn my order around within 24hrs.

susan, the customer service rep, was very condescending and unhelpful as was the customer service rep I talked to prior to susan. Very hard company to communicate and do business with. I will avoid them like the plague with any adhesive needs I have in the future. Dymax, 3M, and Loctite are much more accommodating.
