I used to work at Cherokee as well. I can confirm another users posts saying that they are racist. It is a hostile environment with the employees fighting with each other and countless OSHA violations. I also noticed most of the ‘5 star reviews’ are current and former employees and friends of the owner lol.

I used to work for Cherokee. They are located in the Gem building in Byhalia, MS. I am a white male, totally against racism in any form, and this place reminds me of the segregated south. Some of the younger kids like to play their hip/hop music while working, personally not a fan of that style and neither were the owners of Cherokee. I just personally like a different style of music and would never attack the race of the artists like the owners here do. I would write the statements they say here but it is not appropriate for me to put on Google. I am currently in progress of filing a formal complaint with the BBB.

I do not even know where to begin. First, I called the number listed. discussed a build, which came out to be $2900 cash only. Seemed a little fishy since they weren’t collecting sales tax so I refused to put a down payment. The due date came and went. I called back and “Ronnie” the owner stated they were short on metal but have already started my trailer and they would have my trailer out first of the following week. That date came and went. I called back and he claimed they didn’t have an axle for me. They set a new date and finally had it that date. The quality was absolutely horrendous. When I came to pickup my trailer I spoke with a man with no shirt on, who reeked of Liquor and he claimed he was quality control and told me my trailer was rushed together the past few days, just terrible for the amount of money I had spent. Luckily I sold it for close to what I paid.

We were broke down on the side of I 22, and needed parts for a goose neck trailer. Called the 800 number, were directed to go to the factory. Got a hub. and 2 spare tires. Thank you for helping us on a Sunday, so we could get back on the road to Colorado.

I needed a quality trailer really quickly, He got me a great trailer for under my budget. I was really impressed with the Service, Quality and Speed they were able to get me the trailer. Highly recommend and couldn't be happier.

Cherokee manufactured a 15' custom trailer for some friends and me and delivered it. Looks great, great price, no issues with customer service or product. Looking forward to using them again for custom projects in the future.

Had a custom trailer built for a barbecue smoker. It's held up for many years without a problem and looks great! Survived a lot of wear and tear.

Had an aluminium trailer built. Was shown pictures of what it was going to look like. Agreed on it. Agreed on a finish date. Well by that date, the trailer hadn't even been started. 2 and half weeks later, after they built it in a couple days, I'm told it's done. Final product looked nothing like what we had agreed on. Welds weren't of good quality. Tires rubbed the fenders, which where nothing like we had agreed on. The quality of workmanship is very poor. Told him I wanted to return trailer. He told me I couldn't. Then said he'd have to sell it first. He doesn't have the money to return to me. Issue is still on going.
