Got hung up on by Sales Dept. twice!?
Called Wednesday, 10 minutes to 5pm. Waited on hold for about a minute, someone picked up, said something into the phone and hung up. I initially thought it was a mistake and called back. This time, same thing happened except they clearly said, 'Do not call back'.
I understand it was about 8 minutes before closing but this is terrible service. My question was quick and to the point, even if it wasn't at least ask if I wouldn't mind calling back tomorrow.
In 2017 I purchased a new NEO NAMR, decently up fitted. Everything's been fine. Wanted to upgrade with another NEO and get hung up on.
Why would you even answer the phone? Dumb employee and dumb move.

I purchased this 16x7 enclosed trailer in 2012. We were on our way up north to go four wheeler with friend. After about 5ks from home I pulled over to meat up with my brothers and friends. I noticed a noise from the trailer. I checked and noticed the front tires were rubbing on the rear tires. After further inspection we found the welds fastening the aluminum bracket that the axles are mounted to had broken off. We took the wheels off and dragged the axle out from under the trailer. I dragged the trailer home and put it on my hoist. When I lifted the trailer by the frame the rear axle stayed on the ground because the rear axle welds on the aluminum brackets also were broken There could very possibly a major accident if I wouldn’t have noticed and possibly caused an accident with fatalities. I called and spoke to someone in the warranty department & Explained the situation. I was told the trailer is out of warranty. I was told they could send me 4 of the aluminum bracket to reeled on to the frame. I can understand that the vehicle is past the warranty period. How ever I feel this is a serious safety issue. I am a licensed light duty and truck and coach technician and know that vehicle safety issues go on indefinitely now matter the age of the vehicle. This is the reason for my low rating on Neo Trailers. I think this is a serious enough safety concern that potential customers should be made aware of. I would most likely not purchase another Neo trailer

Bought a new 17,000 trailer and was not happy horrible attention to detail lots of stripped screws unfinished corners parts installed incorrectly worst part was they did nothing to help out me out extremely disappointed would never recommend them

I'm blown away with their care and attention to detail. I've been dealing with Carrie. Her and her service department are the best in the industry. As a former Ford tech, is difficult for me to give people in this area a stellar 5 star review but they definitely deserve is. They bent over backwards and went out of there way to help me out. And their attention to detail is impeccable. You've earned a life long custom from me, even if it's a 5 hour drive. I cant speak highly enough about neo. If your considering them for a new trailer or service, quit thinking about it and do it. Their one of the few that still truly care about their customers. A+++

Bought a new NAMR enclosed trailer ($7,000.00) and I am NOT happy. Thought I was buying top of the line trailer AND wanted to give my business to local company. When you call they talk to you like you are just wasting their time, leave messages for their "service" department with no calls back. Trailer is 1 year old and has water coming in between wall & floor. They could care less and I would consider other companies before you buy from them. Trailer looks great, pulls nice but the water leaking and customer service UNACCEPTABLE! They claim a 2 year warranty, good luck getting anything fixed!

We ordered a custom built 23ft inline snowmobile trailer in 2015, we have used for 3 seasons now and it has been great, pulls nice and has held up well, fit and finish are excellet, dont waste money on a legend, these are best value on the market in my opinion

This trailer is amazing, rock solid, everything we wanted and more. Quality is 100%. Outside lighting has super bright led lights, if someone can't see us coming at night then they shouldn't be driving. Inside lighting is just as amazing, if you drop your bottle opener you won't have any problems finding it. We highly recommend NEO trailers, in our opinion, they are the best.
