Carter's in burr oak went there for a job they are some of the nicest people I have ever met and to Elwood staffing in Sturgis Michigan thanks "for getting me a job and more important i want to say thanks to my wife Sharon Marchand you have stood by me from the start of our marriage i thank you from the bottom of my ♥ and to my brothers Jim and Joe and my sister Tammy Martin and my dad Charlie marchand thanks for sticking by my side thru the troubles i have been dealing with love you all Scott Marchand

Carter's associates sturgis plant is not a place to work. The management is rude as hell ranging from threatening to hit employees to stating they are getting yelled at for scrap and that if you mess up once they will threaten to let you go. Training is non existent. I was placed with another first day employee and we were expected to train each other. Work conditions are less than unsafe, way less...
