Mark Chadwick 5 stars rating.

They’re the best in the industry for a reason: they do a great job and get it done on time for a decent price.

Terrible place to work for. The Integra employees segregate Oasis employees who are not yet hired-in, and treat Oasis employees like they are idiots ( which we are in any case, since there is so much we have to learn there ). But the negative attitudes there are uncalled for.

Management is a tyrannical type situation, where it is dog eat dog basically. Everything is based on numbers, and nothing is based on any kind of personal anything. To them, you are a number ( much like our lovely military ).

The equipment is NEVER readily available, meaning you have to walk around for 20-30 minutes and steal other people's equipment to get your own job done, just adding another impossibility to hitting your required numbers for "advancement".

There are tier 1-4 levels that you can achieve when you certify on enough equipment, and you have high enough numbers. What they don't tell you is that this is impossible. You will see only 2-3 people out of the 60+ there that have anything higher than level 1. So your hopes for advancement are nil.

When in training, you are told that you will not get any Quality Points counted against you for the first few months. Maury has determined that this, is a lie. You will start accruing points while still in training.

The actual work, consists of placing a microchip in a socket, heating it or cooling it to temperature, and pressing a test button , bringing it back to room temperature after the test, rinse and repeat. This makes for a very mundane 10-12 hours, where you essentially are staring at a wall. They provide nothing for you to do but stare at a wall while the tests and temperatures are running. I found myself counting the paint bumps on the walls. They allow you no music, you can not listen to your ipod or pandora, you cannot read books while sitting there twiddling your thumbs, you just sit there, staring at walls.

Overall, the learning experience I give a 4/5 stars, for near none of what you learn here will be useful outside of working for this company, however it did give me a better understanding of how to handle bent leads and fixing my CPU on my computer.

Work experience I give a 2/5, it's not physical labor, but it's mentally taxing. You day dream ALOT.

Social Experience, I give a 0/5. Everyone is out to get everyone, and management is like any corporate management.

Pay I give 2/5 due to the fact that Oasis promised me one pay, and gave me significantly lower after having gone through 3 hours of paperwork, I wasn't about to just ditch the job after all that work. They really try to skimp you on the pay here.

I hope this helps someone who in the future needs to see past the lies they promote up front. They operate exactly like military recruiters, you only get part of the truth, and what you do get, is probably very misled or is a lie.
