Very inconsistent business. They provided us with a quote on plastic pallets where all their terms were listed. Their quote included payment options with net 30 or credit card. It also included wording that if we paid with ach, they were going to consider a 2.5% discount. However, after I reached out to confirm to pay either with credit card or get the annotated discount with paying via ach to only find out they would turn around and re-quote at a higher price. They not only increased product cost, but also freight. They acted like they were the only firm in town that would sell these products.

I believe businesses "must" learn to honor what they say and write when it comes to transacting with another business.

I'll not go back to them again nor do I recommend them to anyone wanting to secure a straight forward business transaction.
