The owner he barely speeks English, he is very rude, if you are not Mexican you are not welcome over there.

This company has THE WORST customer service i've ever come across. I've been in the industry for 10 + years working with different companies and they are bottom of the barrel. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I had called this place to see if they are open on Saturday and the lady who picked up said yes until noon. I told her I had some pallets I wanted to sell and she said that's fine bring them around the back to the dock and someone will unload them . I get to the facility and go around back to the dock and nobody is back there. It seems like everything is closed. So I call back and tell the lady we are in the back area and she says hold on, I will call call somebody to go out there. After several minutes a hispanic male comes out and he doesn't look very happy. He has one of his hands up pretty much asking us what we wanted. I told him we had some pallets to sell where do we take them . He just points to an area and doesn't say anything . We go to that area and I get out and ask him where do we leave the pallets. He says just put them on the floor. He seemed very agitated and went inside. While on his way back inside I guess he got locked out and nobody would let him in. He started banging on the door and started yelling for someone to let him in . Finally, someone let him inside. After we unloaded the pallets he came out several minutes afterwords and paid us. The employees could use a bit more customer service training on how to treat customers.

The lack of customer service here is a sad miserable joke. First off, they will cheat you for the going price of a single pallet, beware of cash offers with no receipt. They will usually round down and keep the change. And if they do manage to sign you a receipt they send you to the office on the opposite end of the warehouse that's open maybe, sometimes, if you're lucky.

I was there on 9/12/14 they REFUSED ME SERVICE BECAUSE I AM WHITE! They assumed I didn't speak spanish and where talking right in front of me! This company does not like or deal with white people! Do not go there!
