We've had a manual pallet stacker for many years. They make in an incredibly durable product that has served us well. Their customer service is as top-notch as their products, as well. As a small business owner, there isn't much you could ask for!
Bought an EOSLift before building SQZBX Brewery and Pizza Joint in Hot Springs AR. Use it all the time, still reliable, heavy duty, money saver, and makes so many jobs easier. Support is quick and rarely needed. Have loaned it out to other breweries for getting things done. Excellent payback on a great value.

The lift is easy to put together and works great as it does what is promised, able to lift pallets and move easily around warehouse

I went to pickup an M30 pallet jack.
I was in and out in les than 10 minutes.
They offered to assemble the item. They assemble it in less than 5 minutes. Service was courteous and efficient.
Of course there is always room for improvement.

I am the Director of Manufacturing here at Quality Archery Design in Madison Heights va. We purchased the E20MP in 2012 for an inexpensive way to weight pallets for shipping. And I have not been disappointed
. It also comes in handy when we need an extra pallet jack. Well worth the purchase.

Garbage! we bought a pallet stacker from some chinese on-line dealer and had some problem with charging.. Called the seller that spoke no english then told me they can't help. So called the manufacture and left 10 messages and have not received one call from anyone. Going on 3 months now. Like I said, garbage!

Tried working with them as a dealer however realized that they sell direct online and direct to the consumers for a lower price. Quality is okay hit and miss, but nothing is ever in stock. Luis stop calling me you're annoying!!!!

Product is ok at first glance however the W02 Electric Pallet Jack had some issues and concerns of wiring being crushed due to poor wiring diagram design. Tried calling Eso with little success in reaching anyone.

Nothing but problems with EOS Lift. Never has inventory and sells direct to my customers that I quoted and then called them direct.
