A great company that is constantly striving to get better. They offer quality products at a great price. As with every product, there will always be some defects out there. Unfortunately, those are usually the people who go online to voice their frustration. I have owned multiple Tenergy products and have been very satisfied.

Bought 20 compact 18w/1A balance chargers to resale in our airsoft shop back in octobet 2016 and yes they are sitting on shelf... we had 3 come back that weren't working we contacted tenergy spoke with Derek he said we had 30 day warranty
. Don't you think it should be from when my customer buys it? Bottom line they said they would warranty them out but I had to buy more stuff from them. That's not right so I will not buy anything from them again the product was not that good anyway

Bought Batteries for my quadcopter off of amazon and they stopped working after 5 uses. I emailed Tenergy asking if it was under warranty or if I could get a replacement because they were not misused I followed the guidelines on there website about how to take care of and store the batteries. They emailed me some support ticket code that made no sense after waiting two months to see if there was more they were going to email me I emailed them again and they said they wouldn't replace the batteries because it was past the 90 days the warranty would apply. It wasn't past 90 days when I sent the first email.
