Worst possible business stay far away

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my 35 years on this earth! I bought a 16k dollar top loader that was a 644 model. 490k btu an hr and advertised with a PA climate burn time of 36 hrs. I barely get 12 if the thing will stay lit. This is heating one farm house.. That is it!
I have two years of one way emails and doors are falling off, blower dampeners shorted out the first day. Good luck to anyone who buys one!
