Best prices I could find in the state. Drove 3 hours to get a quality car hauler and I was not disappointed. Cyrena was quick with prepping everything and I was off the lot within an hour pulling a new trailer.

Picked up a trailer yesterday to haul a new (old) tractor. Matt was awesome to work with, and made the process smooth because I was on a schedule to meet for the purchase of the tractor. I went with a dark gray car hauler and it seems to be a very well built trailer. This company is Veteran friendly and they have a huge selection of trailers to choose from. I would highly recommend taking a look if you are in the market for a new trailer.

I've been searching for a new car trailer that I felt was reasonably priced for what I need. The load & go 18+2 fit the bill perfectly. Made a 14 hour round trip to get one. They didn't have the color I wanted completed and available for purchase but was able to finish one out so that I got what I wanted. Matt and the boys were great to work with. Trailer pulled great all the way home and can't wait to put it to use.

Great customer service terrible on wart tried warranty on your trailer twice now frame broken in front of tire from a 2800 lb car their answer overload funny rating is 10,500 blamed the customer of course.i don't blame them I blame metal was weak.Called July 5th to report for warranty said there was none.We just about to make 3rd payment told them come get unsafe to pull jakes broke first month tires wore 2 month poorest trailer I've ever had in 46 years of buying or pulling I've ever dealt with contacted attorney to handle now

Purchased a open car trailer on my way home with it one taillight shorted out and blew the right trailer fuse, and the front marker lights didn't work this is where I inspected the ready to go trailer and found the poor workmanship they never wired the front marker lights into the main harness, they used the cheap cutting splice connectors at each connection and leave pigtails exposed to touch bare raw metal, they cut holes threw the trailer to run the wires with a torch and used no grommets leaving the wire to rub threw down the road and also weld wheel lug nuts in places to support wires,,, and they don't paint or prime the underside of the trailer leave it exposed raw metal. Trailer is 1 day in my possession I called and talked to the owner and was basically told Its my fault for not inspecting the trailer better and they don't have a way of painting the underside I was told.... They have a way of stacking the trailers for transport so I call bull ???? just very poor workmanship.

We drove 5 hours to look at the trailers. We ended up purchasing a 7X16 enclosed trailer. Great people, very nice trailer. I purchase a lot of trailers for my business and we’ll be making the trip down to get more. Highly recommend. Very easy to work with them and friendly laughing group there was really nice to do business with.

Prices are great. People complain about the quality of trailers, for what you are paying for your getting a great deal. I purchased a 2019 - 16 ‘ Tandem Axle trailer today.

Perfect for my needs, and the price is the very best. I drove 2 hours 1 way to purchase.

If you are one of those people who want to complain and gripe about the quality of the finish,then go somewhere else and pay twice the price for a different trailer that has a 1000.00 paint job on it.
They are in the business of building quality, yet affordable trailers. They aren’t in the custom painting business.

I’m fine with saving 1000.00 if it means I have to put some screws in the floor if it starts bowing up, or hit it with some paint in a few years. It’s treated lumber, it’s called UV Rays, that’s what happens. Get over it.

I will certainty be back to buy more trailers from them in the future.

purchased our 8 1/2 x 20 trailer on 10/25/21 for the amount of 9000k and as of December our trailer has started to fall apart buckling walls inside and out and the 3 year warranty does not cover anything in fact there is only a 15 day MFW at website- Covered-Wagon-Trailers-Gold-mine-series-warranty.pdf
and you the purchaser are responsible for any delivery of the trailer if approved by the GA facility for if any repairs ,,,,,,,

Called and told them what I wanted they informed me what I wanted would be special order and could take up to 6 weeks to get called me 3 weeks later and told me my trailer was ready and was exactly what I wanted would definitely recommend 10/10

They make a decent affordable utility trailer.. Their service is pretty poor..wanted a spare tire mount for my trailer bofrom them. them.. Brought it back to have it installed, they forgot I was coming..Too busy..Now just tried to buy the spare tire..Nope..Keeping all they have for trailers they are building.. I also have a Diamond brand cargo trailer which they sell. Side door came apart..Went to them twice to order a replacement door..It ne er happened..Nice enough folks, but pretty disorganized

I bought my trailer about two years ago and it came with a lifetime weld warranty, which was great. About a month ago I was pulling my trailer to an auction when my neighbor called me and said they heard me go by and then found my ramp in the road. The rear bracket holding one of the ramps had broken off and dropped the ramp in the road. I took it to Load n Go for repair, told the guy what happened, and he called me a liar. Said I must have dragged over something. I told him that was not the case. He said he didn’t believe me, but would fix it. It is obvious looking at my trailer that it has never been abused, and actually has never been off the road. I appreciated them fixing it, as they should have, but definitely didn’t appreciate being called a liar.

I was looking for a new dump trailer after mine was stolen. I called load n go and John answered phone right away with a clear understanding of what I needed. They are open on Saturdays so I was able to stop by on my day off. John showed me a few options, and explained each option addressing my specific needs. His price was below others, and quality of product was top shelf. Load n go where extremely professional and easy to complete purchase transaction. I would recommend load n go to anyone looking for good trailer.

Great people and a good experience. They built a utility trailer the way I wanted it and it performs very well. I added a few items to make it mine and have already put 1,000 miles on it in the first week.

The paint quality is my only disappointment. I should have allowed myself some more time to prep the trailer before really using it as the paint is a little thin in spots and bare on the underside. Expectable at this price point and on most any utility trailer but my OCD is ruffled by it at times. Wish I had painted it more before I started using it.

Without a doubt, I’d send friends and family to these folks for a trailer and would certainly buy here again.

Don’t buy a trailer from this place! I bought a 18’ pulled it home and the paint was peeling off it! Took two weeks to get some touch up paint and the pig tail was way to short to plug into the back of my dodge trk! Called them, they said no problem we’ll get you out a longer one right away. That’s been over a month now. I only live a hundred miles away. Guess it must be coming from China. I’d find a better place to get your trailer built. And one more thing, on there website it says wheels on trailer are black, bs, they are gray wheels. Nothing they advertise is what they sell you. Buyers beware and look elsewhere is all I can say about this crook.

Your response is all and good, I did say I received the touch up paint. But we never did get a longer plug in cable as you stated you shipped. And your website does state black wheels nothing about silver or requesting black ones. Don’t worry I’ll take my money and business someplace else next time. My advice to other customers is to be sure you ask about every aspect about the build. You may not get what you think your looking at in picture.
I required my own trailer so it would reach the back of my Dodge trk. Yours was about 2’ short.

Cheapest trailers around is correct they are cheaply made and are not of good quality the boards are bowed and not screwed down at all the metal on the dove tale pops and buckles just by stepping on it the ramps are put on with hallow pipe which bends when you load a pickup on it they don't paint there trailers right they only put one top coat of paint which the painted there stickers in the process there welds don't hold up and they do half a** repair work had a ramp fall and drag cause there weld busted then when they repaired it the burnt the tail light then didn't bother painting it back wiring is a nightmare and done with those clips that cut the wire and also used a torch to blow holes all down the trailer with jagged edges to cut the wire and blow fuses. Then not to mention we informed them of much more and when we got our trailer back they had taken there stickers off of it which was a good business plan as the trailer is total trash need to start fresh and take axles, jack, hitch and start over. Oh and fenders are welded two different ways from one side to the other no uniformity what so ever trailer is less than a few months old and already rusting.

I found this place through an ad on Craigslist and after doing my research I realized I wanted to buy a trailer from them. I called and spoke with Kyle. He helped answer any questions I had. He also told me he could have my trailer built in as quick as 2 weeks (I felt that was really fast).

I picked up my trailer and it was quick and easy. My awesome trailer was waiting out front ready to go. I then went in to take care of the paperwork, signed the wall, and put a pin in the map of where I live.

I would have to say buying a trailer over the phone was easy when dealing with them.

The trailer was perfect. I had no issues with the trailer and would buy from them again.

I then drove it back to MN fully loaded and had no issues. I'm very happy with it.
