At first this place seemed a great place to work... but later it turns out that when it comes to on the job harassment/ discrimination it seems to be allowed and tolerated. So going to HR is totally a joke ( don't waste your time) talking to the owner about the situation ( falls on deaf ears ) so no even two stars is too much. I wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone..

"But my food's getting cold!".
If I need to be begged to see if I'll break the mandrel machine just like "Uncle Jimmy" would break it at least over 3× before then you might as well put me in a body bag to say the same.
Now if you're a former Navy MP then eating Navy S.E.A.Ls for breakfast is going take at least more than one person..Ambush!
"You ain't no Navy S.E.A.L you're an alcoholic"
Said a "buzzed" miserable small minded person who would beg others for your just about everything. I worked all my life to get here and being away from dangerous situations in a small secluded company was just what the doctor had ordered.
The morning crew's alright with the exception to some technician would eventually forget to take their meds.
The afternoon crew is left leaderless as calling your superior Sam for being named Samuel is a mistake. Leaving a rack over night inside one of the oven while losing over $200 worth of profits is dismissed as going through rack rings on a daily basis which costs the company an additional $12.
"So that you can be happy".
Working here was a blessing as 13 years of law enforcement was overwhelming for my family and my my wife had no choice but to leave me. "Don't leave!".
As much as I didn't want to leave, leaving was inevitable. I was good for one good year and that's it, Operation: Blue-to-Green.
This is a good company to work for and the product your producing is for a noble cause, just like: Medtronics, West-Pharma in Scottsdale ,AZ and Intel.
"Just keep it professional".
