Had a hydraulic ram on one of my wrecker trucks blow a shaft seal. Took the ram to them that morning and they had it back together the same day. Great turnaround time! As a small business owner, this helped me get my commission based employee back on the road in no time!

We brought a cylinder for our two-post lift here to be repaired because the seals were deteriorated, and they got the seals ordered quickly and had our cylinder back to us in a day. We appreciated the expeditious service and the fact that the people who work here stand by their word and guarantee their work. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered a product to be made a month ago... Signed and faxed all the paperwork and called back 2 weeks later to see if it shipped which is what the paperwork said. Apparently it had not even been started on yet. Apparently they demand payment up front before they even do any work. This was not even mentioned originally and they blamed me! I have never dealt with a business that wants paid for something they have yet to even attempt. Generally companies are "net 10' or "2% 10, net 30" not pay 10 business days before we are even done. Lost tens of thousand of dollars in down time due to their incompetence. WARNING, Do not do business with this company. No matter what you will regret it.
